Chris Lloyd
Co-founder
Chris realised he wanted to work in renewables while at university in 1999. After his geology degree he completed one of the few masters level courses in renewables at the time, at Loughborough University. He entered the industry in 2003, started developing offshore wind projects in 2004, and has since worked in a wide variety of organisations and roles focused entirely on the development and deployment of offshore wind. Chris worked at The Crown Estate, with Alastair, were he established a programme of collaborative strategic works to de-risk and accelerate offshore wind in the UK. He currently works in mature markets for a large European developer and also as a consultant to the World Bank's offshore wind team, advising emerging offshore wind markets globally.
